Bien que son avocat ait demand\u00e9 que la star de 35 ans soit autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 partir et \u00e0 se rendre \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure pour des raisons de sant\u00e9, le juge a refus\u00e9 et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention.<BR><br \/>\nSon avocate, Zeljka Bozanic, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 Entertainment Weekly que le musicien consid\u00e9rait cette situation &#8220;comme une exp\u00e9rience enrichissante&#8221;.<BR><br \/>\nL&#8217;avocate a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans un communiqu\u00e9 : &#8220;Nous respectons la d\u00e9cision du tribunal et la proc\u00e9dure judiciaire. Nous sommes satisfaits que le tribunal n&#8217;ait pas suivi la demande du gouvernement qui r\u00e9clamait cinq ans et ait condamn\u00e9 Sean \u00e0 une peine inf\u00e9rieure aux recommandations.
