Kelly (qui purge une peine de 30 ans dans une prison de Caroline du Nord pour trafic sexuel et racket) a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en isolement le 10 juin avec ses m\u00e9dicaments contre l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<BR><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s que le personnel p\u00e9nitentiaire lui a administr\u00e9 d&#8217;autres m\u00e9dicaments, il a perdu connaissance trois jours plus tard et a \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;h\u00f4pital universitaire de Duke le 13 juin.<BR><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s deux jours d&#8217;observation, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 ramen\u00e9 dans sa cellule.<BR><br \/>\nL&#8217;avocat affirme de mani\u00e8re choquante que les agents lui ont intentionnellement \u201cdonn\u00e9 une quantit\u00e9 de m\u00e9dicaments qui aurait pu le tuer\u201d.<BR><br \/>\nIl a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans les documents : &#8220;Ce n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas une erreur. Il s&#8217;agissait d&#8217;une dose qui mettait sa vie en danger et qui a failli y mettre fin&#8221;.<BR><br \/>\nBeau Brindley a ensuite d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une requ\u00eate d&#8217;urgence pour la lib\u00e9ration anticip\u00e9e de Kelly.<BR><br \/>\nC&#8217;est la troisi\u00e8me fois qu&#8217;il tente de faire sortir son client de prison. R.
